How do I mark exception orders for reattempt or RTO?

STEP 1: Login to Shipyaari Blaze Seller Account

STEP 2: Navigate to "Tracking" dropdown from Side Menu and Click on "Exception NDR"

STEP 3: Click on Exception NDR to open the page.

STEP 4: You can view the exception orders awaiting an action under "PENDING ACTION" sub-tab.

STEP 5: Similarly all the cases of exception can be viewed from "ALL" sub-tab.

  • Cases on which action has been taken either by seller or admin, can be viewed from "ACTION TAKEN" tab.

STEP 6: In the "Follow-up" section, clicking the "NDR Follow Up" button will display the NDR history of the order from the side panel.

STEP 7: In the "Action" field, the "RTO/Re-attempt" button will open a side panel where the seller can select either "RTO" or "Reattempt" and provide corresponding remarks about the action.

  • Click on save button to initiate the action.

STEP 8: Under the "RTO" tab, sellers can view a list of orders for which the RTO action has been initiated.

STEP 9: To review the history of actions taken on an order, the seller can click on "Partner Remarks" or "Seller Remarks" within the RTO Reason field.
